Holistic Fitness

I believe in a holistic fitness approach. As life becomes more unpredictable and stressful our health reflects the daily challenges we face. We work long hours sitting at a desk, we make poor nutrition choices, and are surrounded by environmental toxins every time we step outside our door. Now, more than ever, it is time we take our health into our own hands. A holistic fitness approach doesn’t solely focus on muscular endurance and strength, it is a lifestyle protocol seeking to enhance both the physical and emotional sides of ourselves. I have a set of goals for everyone I work with.

  • Strengthen the dynamic physical, mental, and emotional bodies.

  • Create methods of stress reduction, develop a balanced wholesome diet, utilize a wide range of fitness modalities curated to the individual’s needs, and encourage healthy sleep habits.

  • Acknowledge the balance of the fit-looking exterior with a vibrant healthy interior.

  • Redefine health and fitness as the process of developing ones overall well-being.

 

Yoga

Yoga is about you and where you are today. Yoga is the ultimate blend of physical, mental, and emotional work. I encourage everyone I work with to be open to incorporating yoga into their routine. The physical practice of yoga is form and stability centric. Both the most important aspects in any fitness modality. I offer both group and private sessions.

Personal Training

The body is extremely dynamic, I believe your workouts should reflect that. After an initial consultation we will work together to reach your goals. I use a number of fitness methods and modalities to create not only a desired physique but a body that is properly functional.

Nutrition

Whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce chronic-pain, build your immunity, have consistent energy, detoxify, or just sleep better it all starts from within. We forget how essential proper nutrition is for our overall well-being. As a certified nutrition coach, I will walk through and educate you on the best nutrition plans for your overall goals so you can apply these lessons on your daily routines.
